Thanks to its flexible structure the Insight Fund can unlock access to certain investments. For example, Oak Hill Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm, won’t accept investments smaller than $10 million. By pooling resources, the Insight Fund can meet Oak Hill’s minimum while still making investments that are appropriate for each client. The fund is managed to be as tax efficient as possible.
And, like other Bradway investments, the fund is built on the principle of alignment of interests. We are investors in the fund, and we only make investments where management has a significant personal stake in the business. This further aligns interests and positively affects investment performance.
