An existing client introduced us to a young entrepreneur who had established a thriving, profitable business that was ripe for acquisition. The client had taken the entrepreneur under his wing and could see that he was “going places” and needed sound and comprehensive financial planning. When the entrepreneur received an offer to buy his business, he was prepared. We helped him get his personal and business financials organized and kept him focused on his goals during the process.

The young businessman was introduced to Bradway at a time when his company was going through typical growing pains, but was clearly successful, profitable and had all the potential for acquisition. He had an unusual business model and had worked hard to make the company a success. But it was evident that he needed to get his financial house in order so that he could attract the very best investors and ultimately sell the business.
“Confidence” was a big part of what Bradway was able to offer him. Without being financially organized and prioritizing his goals, he really couldn’t take the next steps toward selling the business. He worked with Bradway and systematically defined his objectives and the instruments he would need – investments, retirement plans, insurance, funding for six college educations and the necessary liquidity to live on.
