Howard focuses on helping business owner clients improve their workplace retirement plans.

As a longtime client, Howard was familiar with Bradway Financial’s comprehensive planning process before joining the firm in 2010. His years as a client and wealth of business experience give Howard a unique perspective. He’s able to explain the benefits of comprehensive financial planning both as a professional and from first-hand experience. And his business background makes him well-qualified to spearhead Bradway’s business to business services.

Our B2B priority is providing small and midsize businesses with something many currently lack: Workplace retirement plans that meet their unique needs. Howard works with our advisors, third-party administrators and other experts to ensure that the workplace retirement plans of our clients’ businesses are appropriately designed and implemented. The goal of Howard’s team is to provide an efficient, cost-effective plan with a wide range of investment options.

In addition, Howard informs accredited investors about the private investment opportunities available through the Bradway Capital Insight Fund. He also is part of the team that conducts due diligence on potential Insight Fund investments.

During a 17-year career at medical devices developer and manufacturer Zimmer, Howard rose through the ranks to become vice president of business development. His work included the profitable development of sales and distribution systems, teams and territories in a variety of markets across the United States.

Prior to Zimmer, he served as property manager for more than a million square feet of office and industrial space in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago. His commercial real estate experience also includes the development and management of an industrial building and mobile home park portfolio in Illinois. Howard’s Fortune 100 experience includes a stint in sales at MCI Telecommunications after his graduation from the University of Connecticut, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics.

Howard resides outside of Kansas City, Kansas, with his wife and their two children. He enjoys cycling, skiing, cooking, reading and spending time with family.
